Hydro-Probe

Description

The Hydronix Hydro-Probe HP04 is a digital microwave moisture sensor for bins, chutes and conveyors. Its rugged, hard-wearing design suits abrasive materials, and its shape gives good compaction of the material for accurate measurement.

• Measurement: Moisture, ambient temperature
• Typical materials: Sand, stone, recycled asphalt pavement (RAP), other aggregates
• Installation: Inside, beneath or in the neck of a bin, or on a belt conveyor
• Accuracy: Can be calibrated to 0.2% for aggregates and 0.5% for other materials
• Outputs: Two analogue outputs and digital RS485 communications (includes Modbus), with configurable digital inputs / output
• Measurement rate: 25 times per second
• Temperature: Fully temperature compensated; temperature output available
• Power supply: 15-30V dc
• Configuration: Remotely configurable with Hydro-Com software or Hydro-View / Hydro-Hub
• Cable: 0975A or 0975AT sensor cable (sold separately)
